Warranting Confidence

Making the decision to build your own yacht can be daunting with the number of decisions, big and small, to make.

Whitehaven began with an owner going through this exact process and questioning how it could be done better. Now he leads a team which is keenly attuned to supporting owners and providing confidence well after delivery with the market’s leading warranty and after-sales program.

Building a new Whitehaven starts with design. Every Whitehaven is unique.  The team guides and assists in this process before continuing onto the production and delivery of a new yacht. Yet, in many ways, it is after delivery that the true value of owning a Whitehaven becomes apparent.

“We see each new Whitehaven owner as a new member of our extended family. They have invested in us, so we like to repay them by supporting them in their boating journey. That includes the social aspects of our rendezvous yet, also the very important and tangible benefits of our standard, extended warranties. We believe in our boats and stand by them with a market-leading warranty,” explained Bruce Scott, Managing Director of Whitehaven.

Each new Whitehaven comes standard with a five-year hull and structure warranty as well as an extended three-year general warranty on all components manufactured by Whitehaven.  Combined with the warranties from engine and major systems manufacturers, this makes the Whitehaven range of bespoke, luxury motor yacht some of the most guaranteed on the market.

“We want people to build a Whitehaven with confidence and part of that comes from know the whole team makes themselves available to owners and a willingness to warranty the work long after delivery,” continued Bruce.

Whitehaven Motor Yachts offer a range of luxury boats from 40 to 80-feet each of which are built to the exact specifications and requirements of the owners. To start your Whitehaven journey, contact your preferred authorised dealer.
