National Boating Week

The Boating Industry of Australia (BIA) has launched a comprehensive campaign called Discover Boating. Introducing John Williams
Whitehaven Motor Yachts is pleased to announce the appointment of John Williams as Senior Brand Ambassador (Whitsundays). A long-time boat owner, John has had an affiliation and affection for the Whitehaven Motor Yachts brand for many years. This coupled with a wealth of experience makes him the perfect choice to represent both the Whitehaven and Integrity brands in the Whitsunday area.
Sneak Peek: Whitehaven’s Whitsunday Rendezvous
In August, a group of Whitehaven owners departed from the Gold Coast heading north on a coastal adventure which ended at the brand’s namesake, Whitehaven Beach and the Whitsunday Island Group. Blessed with glorious weather, the four Whitehaven Motor Yachts cruised together through the Sandy Straits, Hervey Bay, Bunker Group, Capricorn Coast and all the way to the jewel in Queensland’s coastline, the Whitsunday Islands.
Warranting Confidence
Making the decision to build your own yacht can be daunting with the number of decisions, big and small, to make. Whitehaven began with an owner going through this exact process and questioning how it could be done better. Now he leads a team which is keenly attuned to supporting owners and providing confidence well after delivery with the market’s leading warranty and after-sales program.
The countdown is on
Earlier this year, we announced the largest Whitehaven to ever be built; the Whitehaven 8000. This much anticipated yacht has emerged from the yard and loaded onto a ship bound for Brisbane. Her owners, Ray and Denise, are counting down the days until she arrives Australia for pre-delivery and then she is theirs. The rest of the world will have the chance to see the Whitehaven 8000 at the Festival of Boating in Sanctuary Cove in November 2020.
